About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate data and update trackers regularly
- Support in job postings and employer branding activities
- Follow up with candidates for feedback and documentation
- Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (HR preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment process
- Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
