Role Summary :

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Google Workspace architecture—driving collaboration, security, and seamless integrations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Deployment: Design and implement large-scale Google Workspace environments (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Admin Console).

• Identity & Access: Manage Directory Synchronization (AD/LDAP/Cloud Identity) and 3rd-party SSO/Federation (Okta, Ping, Azure AD, OneLogin, Auth0) for end-to-end user Authentication.

• Migration & Modernization: Lead complex Office 365 or legacy migrations, multi-domain splits, and tenant consolidations.

• Governance & Best Practices: Establish operational standards, monitoring, and change-management frameworks.

Security & Compliance

• Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and advanced content controls.

• Enforce Context-Aware Access and Zero-Trust security principles.

• Define and maintain compliance, eDiscovery, and retention policies (Google Vault, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC
