Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers undergoing gut microbiome testing.
- Assist customers in completing pre-test questionnaires and ensure accurate and complete information.
- Conduct consultations.
- Provide personalized recommendations and guidance based on report findings.
- Support customers with follow-up actions, including lifestyle, dietary, and supplement recommendations where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the team to create case studies based on customer reports and outcomes.
- Maintain documentation and track customer progress for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest research and trends in gut microbiome science and wellness.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, food science, public health, or related field.
- Strong understanding of gut microbiome, nutrition, and human health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret scientific reports and explain them in layman's terms.
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer support.
- Experience in health consulting and wellness coaching is a plus.
