Overview
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. This role requires strong project governance, deep understanding of P&C insurance processes, and expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver Guidewire solutions (Policy Center, ClaimCenter, Billing Center, Digital Apps).
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing enterprise-scale Guidewire programs in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead the full project lifecycle of Guidewire implementation or enhancement projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk logs.
- Ensure delivery aligns with Guidewire for best practices, methodologies, and client standards.
- Drive Agile or hybrid delivery models, ensuring smooth sprint planning and execution.
- Manage end-to-end release planning, testing cycles, and production rollout.
Technical & Functional Understanding
- Maintain a working understanding of Guidewire modules (Policy Center, Billing Center, ClaimCenter).
- Collaborate with solution architects on design feasibility and technical alignment.
- Understand P&C insurance workflows, data models, rating, underwriting, claims handling, and billing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of IT project management experience (or as per your requirement).
- Minimum 3+ years managing Guidewire projects (Policy Center / Billing Center / ClaimCenter).
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with vendor management, onsiteoffshore delivery models.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
