We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Policy Center Developer with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire Policy Center development, with the ability to customize and implement solutions to meet business needs. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of the insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire Policy Center.
• Customize Guidewire Policy Center functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guidewire Policy Center applications.
• Maintain documentation of development processes, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Stay updated with the latest enhancements and features in Guidewire Policy Center.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center development.
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire Suite (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center).
• Proficiency in Guidewire Configuration, including PCF, Gosu, and XML.
• Experience in integrating Guidewire with external systems using APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of insurance domain concepts and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
