Description
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Policy Center Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly with Guidewire products, and will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet our clients needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire Policy Center.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand and document requirements.
- Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance of the applications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide support for production issues and troubleshoot as necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing and implementing new ideas and solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in software development and application design.
- Strong expertise in Guidewire Policy Center, including configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in Java, Gosu, and SQL programming languages.
- Experience with Guidewire integrations, APIs, and web services.
- Knowledge of insurance domain concepts and processes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
