In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable front-end solutions using React JS. Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade applications using Guidewire Jutro framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in frontend architecture, micro frontend design, JSON-driven UI development, and insurance domain knowledge. You will lead frontend initiatives, drive reusable UI component strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design UI applications using the Jutro framework in Guidewire digital platforms (e.g., PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter portals).
• Define frontend architecture patterns and enforce best practices for modular, reusable, and composable UI.
• Lead technical design discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to integrate Figma-based design tokens and component standards.
• Work with JSON configuration-driven UI development including layout, validations, workflows, and persona-based behavior.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Implement and guide developers on Micro Frontends (MFE) and domain-based component segregation.
• Design and maintain custom widgets/components for forms, dashboards, claims views, etc.
• Integrate Guidewire Edge APIs, REST services, and third-party systems with frontend apps.
• Ensure alignment of frontend testing strategy using Jest, RTL, Cypress or similar tools.
• Mentor developers on Jutro capabilities, coding standards, and GenAI tools usage (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Coordinate with backend, DevOps, and Guidewire teams for seamless delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in web development, with at least 5+ years in frontend architecture roles.
• Minimum 23 full-cycle Jutro implementations.
• Strong expertise in React.js, JSON-driven UI, and Jutro framework.
• In-depth understanding of Guidewire Digital Portals and underlying configurations.
• Hands-on with Design Systems, Component Libraries, and Theming approaches.
• Familiarity with tools like GitHub Copilot, LLM-assisted coding, or AI-integrated development pipelines.
• Proficient in unit and integration testing, build pipelines, and code linting (ESLint, Prettier).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and application monitoring (APM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
