We are seeking a skilled Guidewire (GW) Developer with strong expertise in ClaimCenter/PolicyCenter configuration and integrations. The ideal candidate will work as both an individual contributor and a team lead, handling requirement analysis, production support, defect resolution, and new enhancements across projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on enhancements, projects, and production support activities

• Analyze requirements, incidents, defects, and problems to identify root causes

• Develop and configure Guidewire ClaimCenter/PC solutions

• Design and implement Guidewire integrations with third-party systems

• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders

• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and deliver sprint commitments

• Ensure high-quality code adhering to standards and best practices

• Support deployment, testing, and post-production activities

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter/PC configuration and integrations

• Strong understanding of claims lifecycle (FNOL to claim handling)

• Experience with third-party/vendor integrations

• Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud concepts

• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology

• Exposure to Global Delivery Model

• Understanding of data models

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience working in Scrum teams

Desired Skill Set

• Knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., Agile Manager or similar)

• Guidewire ClaimCenter Certification

• Experience with Guidewire Integration Gateway

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Console

• Additional experience in integrations and middleware tools
