Job Description

Focused on quality development of Guidewire applications in a competitive environment.
Responsible for leading the team from on/near/offshore and work towards a common goal.
Accountable for the team delivery.
Responsible for teaching/coaching the team and create a positive environment

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
Customize and configure Guidewire applications according to business requirements
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze functional specifications
Develop integrations with external systems using Guidewire APIs and web services
Conduct unit testing and support QA teams during system and integration testing
Troubleshoot and resolve defects or issues in Guidewire applications
Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards
Support Guidewire upgrades and performance tuning when required
