Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Configurator for our ISG team with 5 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GW APD Guidewire Insurance Suite Integration PCF and Gosu. This role involves configuring and customizing product solutions to meet client needs ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The position is hybrid with day shifts and requires no travel.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize product solutions using GW APD and Guidewire Insurance Suite Integration to meet client specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of product configurations.
- Develop and implement PCF and Gosu scripts to enhance product performance and user experience.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for product configuration.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product configurations to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct testing and validation of configured products to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Document configuration processes and maintain accurate records for future reference and compliance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to product configurations.
- Ensure all configurations align with company standards and industry best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product configurations and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in product configuration technologies and methodologies.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on product configuration processes and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of configuration processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of GW APD and Guidewire Insurance Suite Integration with proven experience in configuring and customizing solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PCF and Gosu scripting with the ability to develop and implement scripts to enhance product performance.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to product configurations.
- Have a keen attention to detail and the ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Show strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Display a commitment to quality and continuous improvement with a focus on delivering high-quality product configurations.
