Primary title: Guidewire Developer
A role in the Insurance Technology sector focused on core policy administration, claims and billing system implementations. The position supports enterprise-scale Guidewire transformations, integrations and customizations for P&C insurers. Location: India — on-site delivery model.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, configure and extend Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter) to meet business requirements and rollout plans.
- Develop Gosu-based business logic, rule sets, PCF screens and data model customizations following Guidewire best practices.
- Implement and maintain integrations using Guidewire Integration Framework, SOAP/REST web services and middleware adapters.
- Participate in solution design, estimate tasks, produce technical design documents and execute development & unit testing.
- Support environment deployments, data migrations, troubleshooting and performance tuning in collaboration with QA and Ops teams.
- Contribute to automation of builds and CI/CD pipelines, peer code reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions.
