Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Functional Analyst for our ISG team with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Insurance Products Guidewire and PolicyCenter Functional. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on enhancing our insurance solutions. The candidate will contribute to optimizing processes and improving client satisfaction through effective use of MS Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret business requirements to design effective solutions for insurance products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Guidewire solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide expertise in PolicyCenter Functional to enhance system capabilities and improve user experience.
- Utilize MS Office tools to document processes create reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system functionalities to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Support the development and maintenance of insurance product configurations ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower team members with knowledge of system functionalities.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement improvements in insurance solutions.

Qualifications
- Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on insurance products and Guidewire solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PolicyCenter Functional and its application in business processes.

- Have a solid understanding of MS Office tools for documentation and presentation purposes.
