Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Architect (Remote)

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Architect to lead end-to-end integration design and delivery in a client-facing role. This is a strategic position requiring strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and solution ownership. As a ClaimCenter Integration Architect, you will drive the architecture, design, and implementation of integrations between Guidewire ClaimCenter and enterprise systems. You will work closely with clients, business teams, and delivery units to ensure scalable, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integration architecture and design for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations
- Define and implement integration patterns (APIs, messaging, batch, event-driven)
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Design and review REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware integrations
- Work with systems like PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, external vendors, and third-party platforms
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of integrations
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and conduct design/code reviews
- Drive client discussions, solution walkthroughs, and architecture governance
- Support production issues, performance tuning, and release planning
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong Guidewire ClaimCenter integration expertise
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Integration Framework (GOSU, Messaging, Web Services)
- Strong experience in API design (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, middleware platforms
- Exposure to event-driven architecture and microservices
- Experience integrating with core insurance systems & third-party applications
- Strong understanding of P&C Insurance domain
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Guidewire Certification (Integration / ClaimCenter)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and modern integration tools
