Role Overview

We at Coforge are hiring an experienced Guidewire Billing Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter. The candidate will be responsible for development, configuration, and integration of billing solutions within the Guidewire platform for P&C Insurance business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions in Guidewire BillingCenter
• Customize BillingCenter components such as Plans, Accounts, Payments, Invoicing, and Delinquency processes
• Work on Gosu development, business rules, workflows, and configurations
• Develop and maintain integrations (SOAP/REST APIs, Messaging, Web Services)
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and requirement analysis
• Support production issues and enhancements

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in Guidewire BillingCenter
• Hands-on experience in Gosu, Guidewire configuration & customization
• Knowledge of Billing workflows, invoicing, payments, agency billing, direct billing
• Experience in Guidewire Integration (SOAP/REST, Messaging)
• Strong understanding of P&C Insurance domain
• Experience in SQL and database concepts
• Familiarity with Guidewire Data Model, Product Model

Good to Have Skills

• Guidewire Certification (BillingCenter Developer)
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)
• Knowledge of Java, Spring, or middleware tools
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)

Education / Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
