11+ years of experience in software development, focusing on insurance applications.
5+ years of experience with Guidewire products
Strong understanding of Guidewire architecture and integration methodologies.
Experience with Java and SQL programming languages.
Solid understanding of Agile software development practices.
Proven experience designing scalable and robust solutions.
Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry's processes and challenges.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong communication skills.
Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with cloud platform architectures, especially AWS or Azure.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Guidewire applications.
Keen problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Certification in Guidewire systems is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
