Guest Speaker & Technical Recruitment Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, industry-expert Technical Recruiter to lead a specialized,

one-hour Market Insight session for an audience of students and parents. This session

aims to demystify the current hiring landscape, provide a recruiter's-eye view of talent

acquisition, and analyze the transformative impact of AI on the future of work.

Key Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-impact presentation

and interactive session covering the following pillars:

1. The Mechanics of Recruitment

The Recruiter's Lens: Decoding how talent is identified, screened, and prioritized in a

saturated market.

Real-World Scenarios: A behind-the-scenes walkthrough of the modern interview

pipeline, from initial sourcing to final offer.

The Hidden Job Market: Practical strategies for securing internal referrals and navigating

the 70% of roles that are never posted publicly.

2. Strategic Targeting

Companies & Teams: Identifying which sectors (Startups, Scale-ups, or MNCs) are

currently hiring and how their team structures differ.

Cultural Fit vs. Technical Competency: Explaining what Team Fit actually means and how

to research a company's values effectively.

3. The AI Frontier

Impact of AI: A deep dive into how AI is changing how companies hire (automated

screening) and what they hire for (new skill sets).

The Human Advantage: Identifying AI-proof skills, including complex problem-solving and

high-level stakeholder management.

4. Personal Branding & Digital Footprint

Qualifications & Requirements
