About ZHotels The Vertical You'll Join

You'll be joining ZHotels, Zolo's hospitality vertical focused on delivering smart, youthful, and comfortable hotel experiences for modern travelers. ZHotels combines thoughtful hospitality with efficient operations to create stays that feel welcoming, reliable, and memorable.

Within this vertical, the Front Office team is the face of the hotel. It is where guests receive their first welcome, where questions are answered, and where problems are solved quickly and professionally.

As part of the Front Office team, you'll work closely with housekeeping, operations, and property teams to ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay.

This role is not just about processing check-ins or managing reservations.

It's about making guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of from the moment they arrive.

As a Front Office Associate, you create that first impression and help maintain it throughout the guest's stay.

What You Will Practically Do Every Day

  • Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room allocations
  • Verify guest IDs and follow KYC procedures
  • Manage billing entries, payments, and guest records accurately
  • Respond to phone calls and in-person guest queries
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
  • Provide information about rooms, facilities, and hotel services
  • Maintain front desk logs and guest records diligently
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean and organized
  • Assist during busy periods and shift transitions to keep operations smooth
  • Escalate guest concerns when necessary and ensure timely resolution

Qualifications & Skills

Preferred Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related fields

Must-Have Skills

  • Clear and confident communication

  • Basic mathematical understanding for billing and reports
