Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Room Attendant located in Jaipur. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring all linens and towels are laundered fresh, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. Additional responsibilities include replenishing room supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and adhering to all cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping and Clean Rooms experience to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Proficiency in Laundry operations for managing and maintaining fresh linens
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
• Strong Customer Service skills to address guest inquiries and enhance their experience
• Attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a team setting
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
