Role Description The Guest Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Sayaji Hotels in Mahabaleshwar. The role involves welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth, courteous experience throughout their stay. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries at the front desk, managing reservations, addressing guest requests or concerns, and coordinating with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to meet service standards. The Guest Services Associate will maintain accurate records, process payments, and support hotel promotions or special events to enhance guest engagement. The role requires a professional, approachable demeanor and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Customer Service capabilities, including handling queries, resolving issues, and managing guest feedback.
- Experience with Reservations management, including booking, modifications, and cancellations.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and professional tone.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with hotel property management systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience in front office, guest relations, or hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is beneficial.
