Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate - F&B Service at Machan Resorts LLP in Lonavala. The role involves providing exceptional guest services, ensuring Guest satisfaction, and effective communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Guest Services, and Reservations skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Prior experience in hospitality or F&B service industry
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
• Hospitality management certification or relevant degree preferred
