Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate at Foxoso Hotel, located in Jaipur. The Guest Services Associate will assist guests by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, managing reservations, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations. Responsibilities include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest concerns, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with hotel staff to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Guest Services and Guest Service to ensure excellent interactions with guests
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Reservations with attention to detail and efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills for handling guest inquiries and collaborating with team members
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Prior experience in a hotel or customer-facing role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus
