Role Description

As a Guest Services Assistant specializing in Food and Beverage Service, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have exceptional dining experiences. You will greet and interact with guests, assist in taking and serving orders, manage reservations, and support the food and beverage team in preparing and maintaining dining areas. Additional responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing administrative support as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Port Blair.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with guests and ensure their satisfaction
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing guest satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Looking after food and beverage orders and clearing tables.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred
• Proficiency in maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times
