Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Representative based in Kolkata. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. Key responsibilities include handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest concerns promptly, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with different departments to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills, including strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage bookings, process inquiries, and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Organizational and time-management skills for multitasking and ensuring timely responses to guest requests
- Basic computer literacy with competency in reservation systems and office software
- Professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest relations is advantageous but not mandatory
- Fluency in English and Bengali; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is a bonus
