Role Description
The Guest Service Associate is a full-time, on-site position located at Radisson Blu Resort, Kumbhalgarh. This role involves delivering exceptional service to guests, handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries, assisting with special requests, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The Guest Service Associate acts as a point of contact for addressing guest concerns while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Experience with handling Reservations and managing guest bookings proficiently
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to demonstrate a professional and friendly demeanor in a high-paced environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
