Take food & beverage orders and deliver timely, accurate service.
Support breakfast setup, replenishment, and clearance according to brand standards.
Monitor guest needs throughout the service and respond proactively.
Maintain a welcoming and professional guest interaction at all times.
- Food & Beverage Preparation and Presentation Assist in preparing, serving, and presenting food and beverages according to health, hygiene, and brand presentation standards
Ensure buffet and service areas are adequately stocked and maintained.
Familiarize with daily menu and offerings to assist guests and answer queries.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene Ensure dining areas, service stations, and guest seating zones are clean, organized, and hygienic. A
Clear tables, wash service items, and assist with basic kitchen support when required.
Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines throughout service.
- Guest Satisfaction & Problem-Solving Listen attentively and respond effectively to guest comments or complaints with a service mindset.
Escalate issues to supervisors when needed to ensure prompt resolution.
- Communication & Teamwork Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front desk teams for smooth operational flow.
Maintain clear communication during handovers and shift changes.
Participate in team briefings and contribute to a positive work environment.
