Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Shimla Rural. As a Guest Service Associate - Front Office, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, performing check-in and check-out procedures, addressing guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also handle reservations, assist with guest needs during their stay, and proactively resolve any issues to enhance the guest experience. Collaborating with colleagues across different departments and ensuring accurate record-keeping are key aspects of this role.
