Job Title:Captain Restaurant Operations

Job Purpose
The Captain is responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations by supervising the service team, maintaining guest satisfaction, and upholding the service standards of Speciality Restaurants Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless guest service.
- Allocate duties and guide stewards and service associates during shifts.
- Greet guests, take orders when required, and ensure prompt service delivery.
- Ensure that tables are properly set and maintained as per company standards.
- Handle guest queries and complaints efficiently, escalating to the Manager when necessary.
- Train and mentor new team members to maintain service quality.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth order execution.
- Maintain records of daily sales, guest feedback, and team performance.
- Support in achieving revenue targets through suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 14 years of experiencein Food & Beverage Service, with at least 1 year as a Captain / Team Leader.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of F&B service standards and guest handling.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
