Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Associate, located in Pernem. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by assisting with check-ins, reservations, and addressing guest inquiries. Duties will include ensuring guest satisfaction, handling requests efficiently, and delivering a seamless and personalized stay. Collaboration with other team members to maintain a pleasant and welcoming environment will be a key function of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Experience handling reservations and the ability to manage booking systems and inquiries accurately.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with guests and team members.
- A friendly and attentive demeanor, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in hospitality or related fields is a strong advantage.
