Guest Relations Supervisor

FIENO, the new Italian restaurant by Churchgate Hospitality in Colaba, Mumbai, is designed as a refined, ingredientforward dining experience inspired by modern Italian sensibilities. We are looking for a Guest Relations Supervisor who can shape the guest journey with warmth, precision, and effortless hospitality.

The Guest Relations Supervisor, will be the face of FIENOmanaging reservations, welcoming guests, coordinating seating, and ensuring every touchpoint feels seamless and personal. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a gracious presence, and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they arise.

• Manage the full reservation cycle: calls, online bookings, confirmations, waitlists, and special requests.
• Welcome guests warmly at arrival, ensuring smooth checkin and escorting them to their tables.
• Oversee walkins, table allocations, and guest flow during peak hours.
• Maintain a polished, attentive presence at the entrance and on the floor throughout service.
• Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager and service team for VIP handling, celebrations, and special occasions.
• Track guest preferences, feedback, and repeatguest notes to build long-term relationships.
• Ensure professional and courteous communication across all guest interactionsphone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
• Support departure experience with a warm farewell, feedback capture, and nextvisit encouragement.
• Maintain lobby and entrance aesthetics, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
• Handle guest concerns with maturity, empathy, and timely resolution.

• Experience in premium standalone restaurants or 5star hotels in guest relations, hostessing, or frontofhouse leadership.
• Strong communication skills with a polished, confident, and warm demeanor.
• Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining composure and grace.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and guestmanagement tools.
