Post - Guest Relations Manager (Exp - Up to 05yrs or More)
Roles and Responsibilities
Guest Relations -
Managing communication with each guest from the stage of booking confirmation till after the guest has departed from our property
Ensuring that the entire check in/check out process for guests is smoothly implemented through a seamless process
Creating detailed SOPs for guest relations and communication and to ensure they are implemented and executed well
Developing vendors for delivering various services for guests and maintain close working relationship with them to ensue successful delivery of services each time
Meeting potential guests and agents to showcase our properties
Home-Owner Relationships
To be the primary point of contact for homeowners who partner with us by listing their homes on our platform
Managing entire chain of communication with homeowners
Solving problems and resolving issues faced by homeowners
Creating detailed SOPs for homeowner relations and communication and to ensure they are implemented and executed well
Encouraging homeowners to refer other homeowners to our platform
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with home-owners, maximizing owner satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing or Communications would be preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
