About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our center. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly
  • Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience at all touchpoints
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
  • Maintain front desk operations and visitor records
  • Manage calls, emails, and walk-in queries efficiently
  • Support events and activities hosted at the center
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
  • Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or co-working spaces
  • Multilingual abilities (English & Hindi preferred)
  • Prior front office or guest handling experience
