Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Guest Relations Executive located in Pune. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions, handling receptionist duties, maintaining records, and supporting sales inquiries.
