Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at SOBHA Ltd., located in Ernakulam. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Daily tasks include managing receptionist duties, supporting sales teams, and facilitating smooth communication between guests and staff.

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties
• Sales support skills
• Ability to manage and resolve guest inquiries efficiently
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Relevant experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are advantageous
