About The Role
We are looking for a polished and customer-oriented
Guest Relations Executive / Receptionist to be the face of our real estate office/site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, managing front desk operations, and creating a welcoming and professional environment.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, channel partners, and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits with the sales team
- Provide basic project information to walk-in customers
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable
- Manage emails, couriers, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service
Requirements
- 6 months 2 years of experience as Receptionist / GRE (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (local language preferred)
- Presentable personality with a positive and professional attitude
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
