Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest interactions, providing exceptional customer service, and handling reception-related duties. They will coordinate guest inquiries, assist with sales support, and ensure a seamless experience for clients and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Guest Relations and Receptionist Duties, including welcoming guests, managing appointments, and maintaining a professional front desk presence.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Sales and cross-selling skills to promote services and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in guest relations, customer-facing roles, or real estate is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and CRM systems is highly desirable.
