Sub Dept: Guest Relations

Location: Goa/ Alibag

Key Responsibilities:

• Review arrival lists and ensure personalized guest welcome.
• Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs), resolving their queries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing welcome kits (e.g., room service menus, local area information).
• Provide guests with information about amenities, venues, and services.
• Build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs proactively.
• Assist with guest tasks like confirming travel arrangements or managing special requests.
• Address and resolve guest complaints professionally; escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records in the guest logbook.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and service quality standards.

Key Requirements:

Education: Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in guest management and hospitality service tools
• Strong command over English (additional languages are a plus)

Personal Traits:

• Customer-oriented, well-presented, and tactful
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Calm, organized, and composed under pressure
• Patient, energetic, and open-minded personality

Reporting to: Guest Relations Manager

Working Days: 6 Days (1 week off)

Must have two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
