Role Description

The Guest Relations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include managing guest interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming experience at our entertainment centers. Additional duties involve maintaining an organized reception area, offering product or service information, promoting sales opportunities, and assisting in creating a customer-focused environment. The role demands strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills, contributing to an overall positive experience for guests.

Qualifications
  • Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional experiences for all patrons
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective interaction with customers
  • Proficiency in Sales and promoting company products and services
  • Ability to perform Receptionist Duties, including managing a front desk, handling inquiries, and maintaining an organized workspace
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is an added advantage
  • High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is a plus
