Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Relations Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Bhopal property. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming guests, addressing their queries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout their stay. Daily tasks include managing customer service interactions, coordinating with various departments, handling guest complaints promptly, managing reception duties, and contributing to sales initiatives to enhance overall guest satisfaction and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering positive guest experiences
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with guests and colleagues
• Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Basic Sales aptitude to promote hotel services, packages, and amenities to guests
• Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in office software and hotel management systems is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is desirable
