Guest Relations Executive
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors at the Experience Center with a professional and friendly approach.
- Ensure every visitor receives seamless and premium customer experience during their visit.
- Maintain visitor records, client logs, and appointment tracking.
- Coordinate with sales and design teams to ensure timely client meetings.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the relevant departments.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are always well-maintained and presentable.
- Assist with client hospitality, including basic guest management and coordination.
- Support administrative tasks such as courier handling, documentation, and office coordination.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Reception, or Customer Experience roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple guests and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, real estate, or interior design industries.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to deliver a premium client experience.
- Experience handling high footfall customer environments.
