Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Guest Services Associate located in Bengaluru. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include managing client appointments, addressing inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role also involves collaborating with team members to create a professional and tranquil environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guest Services and Guest Service, ensuring a warm and professional experience for visitors.
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills to manage bookings and address client needs effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to creating a positive guest experience.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
