Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Role:

  • Deliver personalized guest service and ensure memorable stay experiences
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with departments to meet guest expectations
  • Manage VIP guests and special arrangements

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
  • 12 years experience in luxury hotel/front office
  • Excellent communication and grooming standards
  • Flexible to work shifts
