Job Description

Job role and responsibilities -

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries regarding real estate projects and provide necessary information.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure a seamless visitor experience.
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Assist the sales and administrative teams with data entry, documentation, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain visitor logs and records for security purposes.
  • Ensure all calls and messages are promptly and accurately relayed.
  • Support HR and Admin teams in day-to-day office management tasks.
