Department: Patient Relations

Shift: Rotational (24/7 hospital operations)

Job Purpose:

To enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient queries and complaints

• Collect and analyse feedback

• Coordinate with departments for issue resolution

• Improve patient journey experience

• Manage VIP patients

KPIs:

• Patient satisfaction score

• Complaint resolution time

Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA

• 2–4 years hospital experience
