We're looking for a
smart, organized, and proactiveGuest Outreach Executive to help us bring
the most relevant voices to
Finance With Sharan - one of India's fastest-growing finance podcasts and communities.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying credible experts, founders, operators, and
thought leaders across industries and managing their journey from
first outreach to post-episodecoordination.

What You'll Do
Guest Research & Identification
- Research and identify relevant guests across finance, business, entrepreneurship, policy, investing, technology, and emerging industries
- Track trending voices, credible experts, founders, operators, and creators relevant to our audience
- Maintain a pipeline of potential guests aligned with upcoming content themes
Outreach & Relationship Building
- Draft personalized outreach emails/messages to guests or their teams
- Communicate professionally with founders, CXOs, creators, PR teams, and talent managers
- Follow up consistently and maintain strong relationships with guest teams
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate calendars and finalize shoot dates with guests and internal teams
- Share briefing notes, podcast context, and preparation material with guests before recording
- Ensure guests have a smooth and professional experience leading up to the shoot
Shoot Support
- Support the team during on-ground or virtual recordings when required
- Help ensure guests are comfortable and briefed before recording begins
Post-Episode Follow Ups
- Share episode links, creatives, and updates with guests after the episode goes live
- Coordinate amplification opportunities when relevant
Guest Database Management
- Maintain a structured database of guests, outreach status, and communication history
- Track guest pipeline and update internal teams regularly
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Strong research skills and online sleuthing ability
- Professional email writing and pitching skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and schedules simultaneously
- Understanding of podcast, creator, and digital content ecosystems
Finance Knowledge & Market Awareness
- Should have a strong interest in finance and a willingness to understand topics in depth
- Ability to read and interpret fund and stock holdings on platforms like Moneycontrol and similar financial websites
- Comfortable analyzing basic indicators to understand which funds, stocks, or sectors are performing well
- Should be able to hold informed conversations around finance, investing, and market trends
- Stay updated with major developments in the stock market, business landscape, and economic news
Eligibility
- 2-3 years of experience in PR, talent outreach, podcasting, journalism, creator partnerships, or event coordination
- Experience interacting with founders, creators, entrepreneurs, or public figures is a strong plus
- Freshers with relevant internships and strong research skills may also apply
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma In
