Role Overview

We are looking for a GTM Strategist Associate who enjoys diving into data, shaping campaign strategy, and solving complex growth problems across channels. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and agency teams to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that use our AI agents.

If you enjoy ABM, funnel strategy, campaign planning, buyer journeys, and performance insights, you will feel at home in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the GTM strategy for agencies, B2B sales teams, and marketing teams

  • Build and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, chat, and LinkedIn

  • Translate buyer signals into targeted outbound and inbound motions

  • Analyze campaign data, lead journeys, and conversion metrics to find insights

  • Work with product and RevOps teams to improve workflows and client outcomes

  • Shape messaging, targeting logic, and funnel structure for campaigns

  • Map buyer journeys and recommend improvements to engagement flows

  • Prepare GTM reports, performance summaries, and strategy decks

  • Stay updated on product features, AI-agent capabilities, and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, RevOps, or a GTM-focused role

  • Experience with ABM, paid campaigns, outbound workflows, or lead generation

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret raw data

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

  • Good understanding of marketing and sales funnels, attribution, campaign operations, and buyer journeys

  • Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present a strategy clearly

  • Fast learner who can adapt to quick product evolution

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-led engagement tools

  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models

  • Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, or analytics platforms
