Job Title : GTM Specialist (Outbound GTM)

About the Job

We are building CredX, a verification-first hiring platform, As we scale, we are looking for a GTM Specialist to drive high-quality pipeline creation through signal-based outbound and automation-driven systems. This role requires a strong understanding of buyer intent, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with outbound automation and CRM workflows.

This is not a volume-based lead generation role. You will be responsible for generating qualified demand and booked demos by combining research, contextual outreach, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-intent buying signals, including hiring activity, job postings, funding announcements, career page updates, technology stack changes, and relevant market indicators.
  • Build and manage ICP-specific lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, and manual research where required.
  • Create and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp with a strong focus on personalization and relevance.
  • Write clear, concise, and contextual outbound messaging tailored to the prospect's role, company, and identified signal.
  • Design, implement, and manage outbound automation workflows using tools such as Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Make, Zapier, or n8n.
  • Ensure accurate lead routing, follow-up logic, CRM synchronization, and demo booking workflows.
  • Own demo booking quality by ensuring meetings are qualified, relevant, and aligned with defined ICPs.
  • Improve reply-to-booking conversion rates, demo show-up rates, and reduce no-shows through structured follow-ups and pre-demo qualification.
  • Track and report key demand generation metrics, including reply rates, demo booking rates, demo show-up rates, and SQL acceptance.
  • Share weekly insights on lead quality, signal effectiveness, and opportunities for optimization.

What you will bring

  • 35 years of experience in outbound demand generation, GTM, SDR, or growth roles.
  • Proven experience working in early-stage or fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write high-quality outbound messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound and automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, and CRM systems.
  • Working knowledge of automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
  • Strong understanding of ICP definition, buyer intent, and signal-based outreach.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Experience targeting US or international markets is preferred.
