We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a
GTM Recruiter. This will be a fully remote role , based in India .
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes across a variety of GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers across EMEA and APAC.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates using a range of tools and platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote job opportunities through various channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
- GTM recruiting for Technology sellers (Account Executives SMB, Mid-Market and/or Enterprise), and Solution Engineers based in EMEA and APAC.
- Experience in fast-paced complex environments required
- Combination of large tech and start up experience preferred
- Strong client management experience
Pay Range
- Pay range for this position will be 488,208 per month . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
