Job Description

The GTM Operations Specialist supports sales and go-to-market teams by ensuring accurate forecasting, reliable reporting, and smooth operational processes. This role focuses on CRM data integrity, dashboard reporting, issue resolution, and analytical support to enable effective sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support weekly business reviews by aggregating, validating, and analyzing sales and pipeline data.
  • Assist in operating tools and processes that improve the accuracy and reliability of sales forecasting.
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce reports and basic dashboards for sales leadership and frontline teams.
  • Help streamline, standardize, and optimize GTM reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Support analytical initiatives by working closely with data engineers and analysts, with a focus on data validation and QA.
  • Assist in analyzing escalated issues related to sales targets, territories, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Use CRM systems to identify, track, and help resolve operational issues and data inconsistencies.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the GTM Operations team and help maintain CRM data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience using CRM systems, including managing accounts, opportunities, and related sales data.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow and improve operational procedures accurately.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including creating and maintaining reports using formulas such as SUMIFS and VLOOKUP.
  • Basic SQL knowledge, with the ability to run, review, and update queries as needed.
  • Experience working in operational roles with multiple priorities across different functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
