Advertising is a strategic bet for Amazon and is one of the fastest growing business units within Amazon India. This role is a part of Sponsored Ads GTM in India Advertising team. Sponsored Ads (SA) enable advertisers to drive visibility amongst shoppers as they search and browse product pages. We are innovating to improve these products in terms of creative formats, relevance for better shopper experience and performance for advertisers. We are looking for a detail-oriented GTM Specialist to work with the IN & Global Ads Product, IN Ads Sales, and Account Management teams. The role involves conducting customer workshops and collaborating with India and global Ads Product teams to launch full-funnel campaigns for India. The specialist will drive GTM for full-funnel campaigns and Objective Based Selling (OBS), work on measurement solutions on the Amazon Ads console, and serve as a Brand Store Subject Matter Expert.
Key job responsibilities
1. Work with IN/global Ads Product, Ad Sales and Account Management teams to drive GTM initiatives.
2. Conduct customer workshops to understand need-gaps and work with India and global Ads Product teams to launch full-funnel campaigns for India.
3. Define GTM strategy for full-funnel campaigns and Objective Based Selling (OBS), full-funnel measurement solutions, creating compelling narratives to demonstrate the long-term impact of advertising investments.
4. Launch product and feature extensions for India in collaboration with global product teams and accelerate critical product launches.
About the team
Join the Go-to-Market (GTM) team responsible for driving Sponsored Ads adoption and revenue for Amazon India.
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Master's degree
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in advertising
- Experience working in e-commerce
- Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
