Job Overview
TheGTM Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing our entire cold email outreach infrastructure, from lead extraction to conversion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can craft compelling email campaigns, manage automation workflows, and optimize our sales funnel to consistently generate high-quality inbound leads for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract leads using existing subscription tools (SalesNav)
- Create highly personalised prompts for custom first-line email copy that captures attention
- Write compelling campaign email copies that drive replies
- Develop reply worthy subsequence email copies
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on email copies to improve reply rates
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Manage and optimize Clay flows (We have existing infrastructure with room for improvement)
- Troubleshoot and enhance workflow efficiency
- Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Refine case study pages for maximum impact
- Enhance offer pages to drive more bookings
- Optimise Pre-call email sequences to nurture leads
- Monitor and improve the entire customer journey from email to conversion
- Create templated senspark video scripts for outreach campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing on senspark video scripts to maximize call bookings
- Create and maintain comprehensive email reply SOPs
- Manage incoming email replies promptly (respond within 5 minutes during working hours)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold email outreach with demonstrable results
- Expert knowledge of Clay.com and Instantly.ai
- Strong copywriting skills with ability to craft persuasive, reply-focused content
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data analysis
- Proficiency in funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Excellent understanding of email deliverability best practices
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
